1. What High Five is
High Five is a free, independent research and entertainment tool that publishes player-prop analysis for Major League Baseball and the National Football League. It is not a sportsbook. It does not accept wagers, does not hold funds, does not pay out winnings, and does not process bets of any kind.
2. No guarantee, and no pretending
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Our picks lose, and we publish the losses: the performance ledger shows the hit rate, the profit or loss in units, and the ROI, negative or positive, without omitting losing picks. A past result is not a promise of a future one. Nothing on this site is a prediction you can rely on as a certainty, and we do not claim an edge we cannot show in the ledger.
3. Not advice
We do not provide betting, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to place a wager. Any decision to bet is yours, made at your own risk, with money you can afford to lose, in a jurisdiction where it is legal to do so.
4. Age and location
You must be of legal sports-betting age where you live — 19+ in Ontario, 21+ in much of the United States — to use this site. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. Access is void where prohibited.
5. Data and availability
Lines, prices, and statistics come from third-party providers and change constantly. A displayed price may be stale, a market may be missing, or a provider may rate-limit us — when that happens we say so on the page rather than filling the gap with invented numbers. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, complete, or error-free.
6. Acceptable use
Use the site as a person would. Do not scrape it at volume, resell or republish its output as your own product, attempt to bypass rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities without asking first, or use it to break any law.
7. Content
The site's design, copy, and model output belong to the operator. Third-party statistics and odds remain the property of their providers. You may quote our published results with a link back; you may not present them as your own.
8. As-is, and limits
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost wagers or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. If you bet based on anything you read here, that is your decision and your risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes; the date at the top of this page marks the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
